The personnel was excellent and really helpful. We had a great-sized room with very clean pillows and a bed. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was exceptional. The property had a central location close to St George's Church.

Excellent overall experience. Nice hotel in a safe area near Scunthorpe, the town center and all the shops and local shop. Particularly good and perfect location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ashby Ville Nature Reserve. Friendly staff, spotless, lovely room with hairdryer, comfy beds, as for instance. Excellent food combined with a friendly service.

The location of The Normanby is fantastic, just a short walk from Vue Scunthorpe Cinema. It's also close to local stores and shops. The room had all the basic facilities like central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and a multi-channel TV. Plus, having a bathtub in the private bathroom was a nice addition.

I found the Normanby to be cheap and cheerful, exceeding my expectations. the room had everything I needed, and the shared bathroom had a powerful shower. the location was convenient with plenty of dining options available. the breakfast was delicious, starting with cereals and juice, and followed by a cooked English breakfast with toast and conserves. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, even offering us extra time in the room when we needed it. I would highly recommend the Normanby to couples and families.

Lack of parking, only four spaces available. Uncomfortable bed and disturbed sleep due to doorbell ringing at 3am.
